Meet Elijah-Part 3

Yep, more pictures of my nephew Elijah. On our 3rd day together, his daddy took a quick break from work to come take some pictures with him. To get these shots, we had to crank up the heat and we were all sweating buckets. I think it was worth it though ;)

It has been so special to see my oldest brother, who was just 13 when I was born, now with a son. I remember wishing I weren't the youngest of 5 because I wanted a little brother or sister. I even recall begging my parents to have just one more baby! haha. Well, the Lord gave me 7 nieces and nephews instead who play that role in a way. It reminds me how the Lord works in mysterious ways sometimes; blessing us with things that are even better than we could have ever imagined!
